Few things are more powerful than an idea whose time has come. After years of refining a professional development program for our dedicated team of over 30 early years professionals, we knew it was time to offer this learning opportunity more widely. In 2023, Always Growing You was born—an initiative designed by the sector, for the sector to support and elevate professionals in early education and care, one step at a time.
Why Always Growing You?
A high-quality early years workforce is essential to delivering outstanding learning experiences for children. As highlighted in the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (DfE, 2021): “A well-qualified, skilled staff strongly increases the potential of any individual setting to deliver the best possible outcomes for children” (3.21, p.26).
We believe that individual growth drives collective improvement. That’s why Always Growing You is designed to empower professionals with the tools, knowledge, and skills to continuously enhance their practice—because every educator can always be even better.
What We Offer

Growing You, it's what we do!
Working at Always Growing is unlike working at other nurseries, we know that individual growth drives collective improvement and therefore support everyone who works with us to be always learning and of course - always growing.
This isn't just about training and education to support you in your role, although that is a big part. It is about supporting you as an individual inside and outside of work.
