A multi-activity holiday time provision for 3-13 year olds, currently located at The Windsor Boys’ School, with plans to expand in the coming years. All our activities are planned with care and attention, this includes going the extra mile for the younger children making sure they are well looked after using the latest EYFS Framework. We are Ofsted registered and therefore do accept childcare vouchers. All our staff members are passionate about working with children and have a large variety of skills and experiences to share. We are proud of the provisio we have for your slightly older children in ‘The Lounge’, its purpose is to be a safe place where your 9-13 year old children can come in the holidays and after school.
A place where they can interact with friends, eat healthy snacks and keep their minds active and challenged.
With well over 10 years of experience between our Directors Ben and Lewis, and with the support of a mixture of qualified and trainee teachers, as well as play workers, we really have a well balanced team. Staff members are all DBS checked and there is always at least 2 first aid trained staff members on the site. We have a range of visitors that bring something different to the provision too. Please see the links below for more infromation and if any questions are left unanswered please do get in touch.

We have experience in supporting children and young people who have additional needs, medical needs or who are fostered. We are able to draw on our qualifications and experience working in both mainstream and special educational needs schools and working with a range of external agencies and Local Authorities. This has taught us that every child has the potential to grow and develop with the right support available. We have a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) who is able to provide advice and guidance on how we can support your children. As every child is unique, we recommend that you get in touch with us to discuss in more detail the needs of your child and the type of support that they are likely to need. We accept children into our care with a wide range of different needs and challenges. A meeting will allow your child to see the spaces and meet the team. We can then make a decision as to whether we can successfully meet your child’s needs or whether we are likely to need some further support and guidance in doing so.
We have a busy environment, and whilst most children cope well with this setup children with significant needs or who require trained or intensive 1:1 support may find it difficult to adjust to the environment.
Adidtionally, we are able to provide professional support and independent consultancy advice to parents, carers and schools in relation to SEN. We keep up to date with current thinking and legislation in education. We aim to provide high quality advice as either a one-off session or more comprehensive package of support. We are able to advise on Education Health and Care Plans, including requesting assessments, dealing with the process, reviewing draft plans and requesting changes and additional support. We can also help with understanding professional reports, knowing how to get the right support and can support you to attend meetings. We are always happy to have an informal discussion to see how we can support your family.
